CCJHR hosts Mental Health and Capacity Law Conference 2025

The Centre for Criminal Justice and Human Rights was delighted to host the Mental Health and Capacity Law Conference on Friday 5th September 2025 in Brookfield Health Sciences Building.

The event also featured an address from Dean of the School of Law, Professor Conor O'Mahony.
The conference was organised by Dr. Luke Noonan, Dr. Darius Whelan and Ms. Alyssa Fraser from the School of Law, UCC. We were also particularly grateful for the help of Ms. Colette O'Donovan and Ms. Angela Staunton on the day.
