Jennifer Browne is graduate of UCC with a BA in Language and Cultural Studies (French), a Higher Diploma in Applied Psychology, and an IRC-funded PhD focused on a contextual and rhetorical reading of a seventeenth-century pamphlet by Pierre Bayle. Jennifer worked as a postdoctoral researcher (translator) on the IRC-funded Third Tongue project. Jennifer has lectured for the French and History departments at UCC on early modern history, political thought, and intellectual history. She also delivered time- and project-management training as part of a professional development module for postgraduate students. Starting in 2017, Jennifer worked for two years as an Information Developer at Johnson Controls, where she developed, reviewed, and published technical content. She also contributed to the roll out of a range of side projects and delivered trainings to her peers.
Jennifer joined the PrimeUCC team in October 2019 where she works as a Development Officer to support proposal writing, editing, and development.
