Alicia O’Neill  is a Bachelor of Science graduate of UCC. She has 30+ years of operations, service delivery and portfolio management experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors including the Public Sector, E-commerce and Banking industries both in Ireland and internationally.  Alicia builds and maintains strong working relationships with clients based on a collaborative and partnership approach, ensuring good governance, open communication and transparency. She is passionate about driving continuous improvement, promoting a customer-focused culture informed by strategic priorities, client and team insights and service feedback.

Alicia joined the UCC Academy in May 2021 as Service Delivery Manager, focusing on the management of the International Unit, driving service delivery excellence and supporting Internationalisation priorities in line with the UCC 2022 Strategy.
