Funded MEngSc research scholarship available
A 1-year funded research MEngSc scholarship is available in the Ultrasonics Research Group as part of the SELKIE project in MaREI.
A research MEngSc scholarship, fully funded for 1 year by the SELKIE project in MaREI, is available in the Ultrasonics Research Group.
Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) monitor vertical flow profiles for wave and tidal energy installations. This project will investigate the feasibility of a number of different ADCP data acquisition configurations such as convergent beam and tomographic arrays, and assess their suitability for deployment. Students with a strong engineering background in instrumentation, numerical modelling and signal processing are highly desired.
