Research Seminar with Mara Faye Lethem
Mara Faye Lethem is an award-winning Catalan and Spanish translator, and also a writer and researcher. Mara will be discussing her work as a literary translator, with particular reference to herPhD research on translating the exile writings of Pere Calders. Besides reflecting on the translation process itself as a research methodology, Mara will share examples of her translations into English for more hands-on workshop discussion.
