Upcoming workshop: PPI and the PhD Journey, 13th Oct.
This interactive session is open to anyone who is interested in learning about embedding PPI in PhD research.
The PPI Ignite Network Shared Learning Group comprises of over 100 PhD scholars from across Ireland and internationally. This interactive session is open to anyone who is interested in learning about embedding PPI in PhD research, such as PhD supervisors (e.g., those new to PPI starting with new students), early PhD students starting out or considering PPI, and PhD scholars at different stages of using PPI in their PhD. Please note any PhD scholars considering using PPI who may have supervisors who are new to PPI, this will be of particular benefit to both. No matter what stage you are in your PhD research journey; this session is for you!
During this session, attendees will be introduced to the benefits, solutions and challenges of embedding Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) within PhD research and invited to share their experiences.
A list of useful resources will also be shared with attendees to start embedding PPI in your research journey. Also any attendees who wish to join the PPI Shared Learning group is most welcome.
