Congratulations to Natalie O’Regan: Outstanding Colleague Award 2025

The Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics is delighted to celebrate our Executive Assistant, Natalie O’Regan, who received an Outstanding Colleague Award at the UCC Staff Recognition Awards 2025.

Natalie was nominated by Dr Roisín Kelly Laubscher, who was delighted to say a few words on the night, sharing why Natalie is such a deserving recipient of this honour. The award was presented by UCC President, Professor John O’Halloran, in recognition of Natalie’s exceptional contribution to the department and the wider university community.

Dr Kelly Laubscher highlighted Natalie’s remarkable influence on the department, describing how she quietly ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Always cheerful, efficient and solution focused, Natalie manages countless tasks with calm professionalism ,often resolving challenges before anyone else realises there is one.

Natalie’s positivity, dedication and quiet leadership make her an invaluable member of the department. We are immensely proud of her achievements and warmly congratulate her on this very well-deserved award.
