Submitting Travel RAs using the ERM Portal
Using the link https://portal.ucc.ie/ you will be brought to the Portal welcome page. Please select “Corporate and Legal Affairs”.

Next, select “Insurance Query” from the Service Catalogue.

Finally, under the “Query Type” the appropriate travel risk assessment type should be selected based on the DFA risk categorisation for country to which you are travelling (i.e. High Degree of Caution, Avoid Non-Essential, or Do Not Travel), and the relevant files should then be uploaded as attachments.
