The 2011/12 award winners were Dr Tom Kelly, School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences (Outstanding Lecturer) and Colm Coughlan, Department of Physics (Outstanding Postgraduate Demonstrator).
Speaking at the awards ceremony in the College of Science, Engineering and Food Science, Professor P Fitzpatrick, Head of College, congratulated them on their great achievement and said, “The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence in teaching through the most important stakeholders in the teaching and learning process - our students”.
