The one-day seminars will continue until May 18th 2010. Graduates at the first seminar on May 10th heard presentations from key business/industry leaders on Information & Communications Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The second seminar focussed on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices while the third seminar on May 12th centred on Financial, Legal and Professional Services with Civil and Energy Engineering today, May 13th.

The seminars run daily from 9.30am-1pm followed by a series of workshops
(2-5pm) delivered by UCC’s Careers Service at which graduates are provided with
guidance on career planning and career concept building, creative job hunting
and brand visibility, writing CVs for success, one-to-one interviews (the
personal sales pitch) and group interviews/assessment centres.
