Quality Assurance at the University of Prishtina

UCC recently hosted a study visit by a group of senior staff from the University of Prishtina, Kosovo. The visit was funded by an EC Tempus IV project titled: “Quality Assurance at the University of Prishtina”.

The team met with relevant senior officers in UCC to discuss strategy and developments, focusing in particular on the development of strategies for the operation and implementation of a quality assurance and quality enhancement culture. “UCC is the model being used and what we have achieved in this regard since quality assurance and quality improvement procedures were established in the University”, explained Dr Norma Ryan, Director of the Quality Promotion Unit, UCC.
