UCC hosts Applied Linguistics International Conference, 7-9 September

The British Association for Applied Linguistics (BAAL) and the Irish Association for Applied Linguistics (IRAAL) will host their annual conferences jointly in UCC from 7-9 September inclusive.  There will be over 180 presentations and 260 delegates at the conference, from over 20 countries across the world. Plenary speakers are: Patsy Lightbown, Concordia University, Montreal, Jean-Marc Dewaele, University of London, Birkbeck, Michael McCarthy, University of Nottingham and Paul Fletcher, UCC.
