UCC Commerce Society hosts Annual Business Conference
The UCC Commerce Society is to host its 23rd Annual Business Conference on Thursday next, 20 January. The theme of this year's conference is "Ireland's Economic Odyssey: What opportunities and challenges does the future hold".
Since its inception in 1982 the Conference has grown to be one of the most prestigious and enlightening one-day business conferences in Ireland, attracting both the students of UCC and the wider business community.
Speakers at this year's conference include: Mr Michael Buckley, Chief Executive, AIB Group; Mr Padraigh Ó Ceidigh, Managing Director, Aer Arann ; Mr Eddie Murphy, Chairman & Managing Director, Ford Ireland; Mr Sean O'Driscoll, Chief Executive, Glen Dimplex Group; Mr Robbie Kelleher, Head of Research, Davy Stockbrokers; Mr Fintan Drury, Chairman Paddy Power plc & Platinum One and Mr Pat Rabbitte, Labour Party Leader.
The Conference takes on Thursday, 20 January in Jury's Hotel, Western Road, Cork, 9am-4pm.
