CPD

Continual Professional Development (CPD) at UCC

The School of Medicine at UCC has a rich tradition in Medical Education.  We have the skills, the experience, the medical education expertise, the facilities and the faculty to deliver a range of CPD courses suited to the busy health professional. Each course is evaluated and approved before it receives the UCC School of Medicine CPD stamp of approval. As part of our Quality Assurance, courses are regularly re-evaluated. Being a trusted provider of CPD is a key function of UCC College of Medicine and Health’s Academic Healthcare Centre.

More

The School of Medicine offers a range of courses, in a variety of formats (many are blended learning). Some of these courses are 5 or 10 credit modules which can be used to build towards Diploma and Masters Programmes, while other courses are stand-alone practical courses pertinent to clinical practice without necessarily leading to a Higher Degree.

We are working with professional bodies, healthcare workers and other stakeholders to bring you flexible and accessible top-tier CPD courses that will improve your practices, performance and behaviors and which address the ever-evolving needs of Today’s healthcare practitioners.
