SAMS: Seminar for Ancient and Medieval Studies

New seminar series launched.
Dr Caitríona Ó Dochartaigh of the School of Irish Learning (Department of Early and Medieval Irish) and Dr Máirín MacCarron, Lecturer in Digital Humanities in UCC, launched a new seminar series in UCC on 28 January, 2020, with a lecture by Prof. Julia Hillner from the University of Sheffield titled: ‘Mind the Gap: Helena Augusta and the Women of the Tetarchy’. We wish this new venture well in its aim of bringing classicists and medievalists across the University together in an exciting new forum.
