Diploma in Speciality Food Production enjoy a tour of Macroom Buffalo Farm

A visit to the Macroom Buffalo Farm is one of the highlights of the The Diploma in Speciality Food Production Course.  The class of 2022 headed down in March to see the farm in action, to sample some of its delights, and even to pet the buffalo.  How cute is a baby buffalo in a paddy cap!
