Business Advisory Board
The Food Industry Training Unit were delighted to hold their Business Advisory Board on the 9
th of September 2022. The blended event facilitated both face-to-face and virtual attendees and discussed key activities of the Food Industry Training Unit and key challenges facing the food, agri-food and seafood sectors over the coming 12 months.
Guest speaker, Professor John Morrissey, Director of SUSFERM (the new UCC Centre for Sustainable Fermentation and Bioprocessing Systems for Food and the Bioeconomy) gave an overview into the innovative work planned for the UCC Fermentation Science Centre and the potential role it could have for industry.
