We were delighted to celebrate the latest graduates of the Postgraduate Certificate in Dairy Technology and Innovation at last week’s FITU conferring ceremony. Developed in 2016, the programme has now supported over 100 professionals in advancing their careers in the dairy sector.

The School of Food and Nutritional Sciences in UCC have had several research interactions with Valio over the years, most recently in the form of a PhD project led by 3 in house academics.
