School of English Participation in Yeats 150

Prof. Claire Connolly and Prof. Alex Davis invited to lecture at international celebrations of one of Ireland's most famous writers.
Professor Claire Connolly and Professor Alex Davis of UCC School of English are travelling to be part of the international celebrations of Yeats 150. Claire Connolly will give a lecture on Yeats and Irish Romanticism at the Seoul Yeats celebrations, hosted by Dongguk University and the Embassy of Ireland in Seoul, Korea on 13 June. Alex Davis will speak on 'Yeats's Joyce' at the Vladimir Nabokov Museum, St Petersburg, hosted by the Irish Cultural Centre in St Petersburg and funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, on 18 June.
