Dr Orla Murphy awarded one of the inaugural Fulbright Tech Impact Awards
We are delighted to announce that Dr Orla Murphy has been awarded one of the inaugural Fulbright Tech Impact Awards
We are delighted to announce that Dr Orla Murphy has been awarded one of the inaugural Fulbright Tech Impact Awards, to develop collaborations with Boston College in the area of Digital Humanities. Dr Murphy’s award was celebrated at a reception in the residence of the American Ambassador to Ireland on Wednesday 21st May. Also present at the event was Professor Patricia Coughlan, who has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to visit Fordham University in NYC in 2015. The School of English will host an incoming Fulbright Scholar in the autumn of 2014: Professor Brendan Mathews, from Bard College, will teach a short story workshop as part of the UCC MA in Creative Writing.
