Digital Humanities student elected to UCC Students' Union
Niamh also revived the UCC Orchestra Society at the beginning of this academic year. She has been the chairperson of the orchestra since its revival, and the conductor of its committee quartet.
This quartet played the reception of the Arts ball and a charity event for UCC Surgeon Noonan Society. Niamh also arranged for other committee members to play music during the Maths and Physics ball reception.
Niamh has had an exceedingly busy year, balancing her studies with chairing a society and her Students' Union election campaign.
Niamh, who ran uncontested, received over 600 nominations and over 2500 votes.
