On the 9th of May, UCC MA in Creative Writing students celebrated the launch of their website FocalArchive.com in the Dora Allman Room at UCC.
On the 9th of May, UCC MA in Creative Writing students celebrated the launch of their website FocalArchive.com in the Dora Allman Room at UCC. The night included fiction and poetry readings from a handful of students and a reception at The Abbey Tavern afterwards.
The Creative Writing cohort — Focal Archive — extend their thanks to all who attended, to UCC and Mercier Press for sponsoring the event, and to the vibrant Cork literary scene for providing the environment necessary to foster their development as writers over the 2024/25 academic year.
Focal Archive can also be reached on Instagram @focal.archive.
