Mr. James Clover is an academic Plastic Surgeon with a strong interest in novel approaches to improve treatment of skin cancers with a combined academic and clinical practice. James trained in the United Kingdom, receiving his medical degree from the University of Nottingham, a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Leicester, before completing his specialist training in Oxford.

Prior to his consultant appointment, James was instrumental in developing a successfully funded plastic surgery research programme at University College Cork. Now he is involved in translational research trials, both as part of collaborative multi centred trials as well as individual local studies. He is a committee member of InspECT (The International Network for Sharing Practice on Electrochemotherapy).
