What does the programme involve?
Participants spend ten weeks in their chosen location, working in a graduate / entry level position in an area related to their studies, such as marketing assistant, software developer, operations executive, accounting assistant and so on.

For France and Spain, participants will take language classes to prepare them for the workplace and culture of their host country although a minimum level of B1 is required to participate in the programme.

IEP has an established network of partners across Europe and has selected trusted organisations in each country to match participants to appropriate host companies and organise accommodation and transport, as well as providing support and mentoring throughout their placement.
