The “Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in Occupational Settings” (MENTUPP) project is a 4-year Horizon 2020 EU-funded project that started in January 1st, 2020, with the aim of improving mental health in the workplace by developing, implementing and evaluating a multilevel intervention targeting mental health difficulties in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the construction, health and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sectors. The secondary aim is to reduce depression and suicidal behaviour.

Mental health in the workplace is a growing concern for enterprises and policy makers.

This pilot study aimed to evaluate the feasibility, delivery, and instruments for the MENTUPP intervention to inform the planning of a clustered randomized controlled trial.
