Staff Achievements Celebrated at Annual Joint Awards

The annual Joint Ceremony for the University College Cork Staff Recognition Awards and the Campus Companies Staff Recognition Awards recently took place in the historical setting of UCC’s Aula Maxima.
The awards honour the many individuals who embody the spirit of UCC, contributing to its community, culture, and mission.
As we approach UCC’s 180th anniversary this December, it is timely to reflect on the people that make up our community. For 180 years it is the people at the heart of this university who have made it great – the students, lecturers, tutors, technicians, librarians, professional services staff, general services staff, grounds staff, caterers, and everyone who works every day to make this a wonderful place to learn, to research and to work.
