Dr Barry Boland awarded TRAP Funding

Congratulations to Dr Barry Boland on receiving funding from the College of Medicine and Health (CoMH), through their Translational Research Access Programme (TRAP)

Dr Boland will collaborate with Professor William Molloy (Department of Clinical Gerontology and Rehabilitation), Professor Jeremy Glennon (Department of Chemistry) and Dr Gerard Clarke (Department of Psychiatry), on an exciting project that aims to investigate the relationship between labile zinc (Zn2+) and zinc amino acid complexes in Alzheimer’s disease”.
