UCC Academic launches book

UCC academic, Derry Cotter's latest book has been published by Pearson Education. Derry is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Finance and Information Systems at UCC. His book, Advanced Financial Reporting, provides comprehensive coverage of International Accounting Standards, which have been adopted by over one hundred countries worldwide.

The book was launched by Head of Department, Professor Ciaran Murphy, who outlined how the book has already been adopted by several third level institutions in Ireland and abroad.

The launch was held in the Staff Common Room, and was attended by UCC staff, members of the business community and by the author's family and friends.
