Niccolò Usai
Biography
Niccolò is a research fellow at the University of Florence. He has earned his LL.M. at U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 2018, after graduating in law summa cum laude at the University of Florence in 2015.
Before committing to this research project, Niccolò has worked with one of the major Italian law boutiques from 2015 to 2017, counselling national and international clients on corporate and insolvency law. Niccolò has also published on the new Directive on Preventive Restructuring Frameworks and its impact on the recently enacted Italian insolvency code.
He is a qualified lawyer in Italy.
