Dr. Paul Omar
Biography
Paul Omar is Technical Research Coordinator with INSOL Europe. In this role, he helps coordinate input by the organisation into joint projects, such as JCOERE. He also leads on other projects where INSOL Europe is involved, such as the rewrite of the Communication and Cooperation Guidelines for Practitioners. To the JCOERE project, Paul brings his expertise in the dynamic of cross-border insolvency, experience in carrying out judicial training activities and logistical support for holding and running conferences.
