KSG is a dynamic Irish company that ensure excellent catering and food services are provided. They are focused on the promotion of healthy eating and ensure sustainability is a top priority.

Registration management

Conference UCC operates a streamlined, intuitive and interactive registration system. Conference UCC can coordinate all phases of registration including pre-registration communications and planning, online and onsite registration support, badge creation, reporting and much more.

Abstract management

UCC provides abstract management service for conferences, this facilitates the call for academic papers and abstracts for peer review in advance of the conference. The abstract management tool that Conference UCC uses is interactive, adaptable and meets the demands of the conference delegate and organisers.

Sponsorship and exhibition management

Conference UCC can support you with your sponsorship and exhibition requirements. Our conference service leads the coordination for these providers, from ascertaining space and logistics requirements to creating the exhibition floor plan and managing the exhibitors' requirements on site.
Conference UCC will also facilitate and coordinate poster displays as per the conference requirements.
