Pathway to confidence - Campus Engage Short Course

25 Feb 2021

A Community Engaged Learning short course by Campus Engage and the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (NFETL) is an ideal way to continue your professional development if reasonably new to Community Engaged Learning.

This course will guide you through the steps for developing sustainable partnerships and support you in determining the curriculum design option appropriate for your proposed community engagement offering. Through the NFETL Virtual Learning Environment you will work collaboratively with peers to craft learning outcomes and assessment strategies tailored to your proposed CEL offering. This course takes place yearly in UCC in Semester 1 and details can be found here: Campus Engage Short Online Course.

Participants who engage on the short course can also take the opportunity to become a Facilitator for future iterations of the course by engaging in an additional short training session. Thus, supporting the implementation of CEL within their School and College and gaining recognition for their scholarship in this area.
