Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of UCC Confucius Institute

The ceremony celebrating the 10th anniversary of UCC Confucius Institute was held in Aula Maxima.
Dr. Yue Xiaoyong the Chinese ambassador to Ireland, the lord mayor of Cork, Mr. Fitzgerald, deputy head of National Hanban, Mr. Zhao Guocheng, the president of UCC, Professor Patrick O'Shea，deputy president of Shanghai University, Professor Gong Siyi, deputy CEO of Cork local government, Mr. Ledwich, secretary of the education department of the Chinese Embassy, Mr. Zheng Dawei and other Cork city officials and students from UCC and Shanghai Universities participated in the celebration
