UCC Dumpling Cooking Cultural Activity
Signaled the commencement of winter, one of the 24 solar period in China. Eating dumplings in winter is a traditional custom of Northern China
In order to demonstrate Chinese folk culture, Chinese learners experienced the charm of Chinese food. Chinese teachers from the Confucius Institute of Cork University held a dumpling cooking cultural activity.
