Crisis Support: If you need urgent help and support, please call: 999 or 112. Alternatively, you can call Samaritans at 116 123 (24-hours a day).

University Support Services
At UCC, we recognise that reaching out for support can be difficult. If you have experienced sexual violence or harassment, or if you are concerned about someone else, you do not have to navigate this alone. There are services available to listen to you, provide information and help you understand the options available to us.
Whether you are seeking emotional support, considering making a disclosure, looking for information about reporting pathways, or supporting a friend or colleague, staff can help you access the support and resources that best meet your needs.

Local Support Services
Survivors of rape, sexual assault and domestic abuse will often want to talk to someone who can provide a specialist service tailored to their needs and circumstances.
