Name: Cliona Maher

Cliona was based in Mexico for 20 years, where she worked as Coordinator of International Cooperation for Universidad Veracruzana and the Veracruz state Ministry of Education. She also worked with many International organisations engaging in the region, including the Talloires Network, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Heifer International.
