Academic Unit: Department of Food Business and Development

Degrees in Development Studies from Manchester (MA 1993) and London (PhD 1997). Worked on land reform and rural development in South Africa from 1998 to 2008 with NGOs and in the university sector, Doctoral Officer with the Trinity International Development Initiative (Dublin) 2009-2010. Since 2010, lecturer in international development at UCC, and am currently director of the BSc. International Development and Food Policy.
