Lots of Green Shoots Events coming up in March including the opening of the Cavanagh Way BiodiversityTrail. Be sure to take the time out to enjoy some of these events.

Repair and mend workshop

• When: Mon 13 Mar 2024, 4-5.30pm
• Where: Western Gateway Building, Room 2.26

Learn to patch denim or sew on a button from UCC Knit and Crochet Soc. members. 

Learn about how Fast Fashion can be combatted through a culture of repair and mend. 

10 spaces for denim demo and 10 spaces for sewing on a button demo. 

Please bring an item of clothing that you want to patch/sew a button onto. Donations of denim patches and buttons welcome - feel free to bring your own.
