Where can I collect my Student ID from?

To collect your Student ID Card please call to Student Records and Examinations Office (SREO)First Floor, West Wing, Main Quadrangle, UCC on completion of registration. Please ensure to upload your student ID card photograph successfully before collection.

Collection hours are as follows:

Monday - Wednesday, Friday 

9:00 - 13:00

 

14:00 - 17:00

Thursday 

10:30 - 13:00

 

14:00 - 17:00

This Student ID card will be for the duration of your programme of study and will be validated each year you progress through your programme.

There is no charge for a replacement if the card is broken due to normal wear and tear. Please note that you must bring the damaged/broken card to the counter in Student Records and Examinations Office, Floor 1, West Wing before a new card will be issued. 

If a card is lost, there is a €20 charge for a replacement.

Why do I need a Student ID Card?

It is important you collect your Student ID Card as you will need it to access facilities such as the UCC Libraries, Examination venues and some classrooms.  

Your UCC Student ID card is widely accepted as a means of identification and proof of age so keep it carefully.

The addition of the ESC holographic logo on the bottom right of Student ID cards means it is a European Student Card (ESC).
