Quercus Talented Students Awards Gala 2019/2020

University College Cork welcomed its sixth cohort of Quercus Talented Students at its annual award gala in the Aula Maxima on Tuesday, 26th of November.
The scholarship programme, sponsored by Ford, recognises excellence in Sport, Innovation/Entrepreneurship, Active Citizenship, Academia and Creative and Performing Arts.
Speaking at the event, Deputy President and Registrar, Prof. John O’Halloran said “excellence underpins everything we do here in UCC and we are delighted to recognise and reward that in these very worthy recipients this evening.”
All 4 strands are now open with a closing date of February 7th.
