Academic Integrity Week 2026
Loretta Goff (Academic Integrity Education Officer in CIRTL) and Rebecca Leigh (Academic Assessment Integrity Officer in SREO) opened Academic Integrity Week 2026 with a session entitled: 'What’s Next? Exploring Emerging AI Challenges for Academic Integrity'.
The session highlighted emerging and evolving AI technologies – including AI-glasses, AI wearables, and agentic AI – that are having an impact on academic integrity. This was followed by scenario-based group discussion that considered potential implications and actions related to these technologies.
