Be Seen Be Safe Campaign

Volunteers from University College Cork and members of An Garda Siochana handed out high visibility jackets outside the Mardyke Arena over the course of two nights. 

The campaign is called Be Safe Be Seen and enables students to be seen on the roads during dark nights. 

Volunteers in attendance included UCC President, Prof. John O'Halloran, Quercus Programme Manager, Michèle Power, and Quercus Scholar and Club President, Donnchadh Mac Aodha.
