25 Sep 2023

Marion Cantillon of PitSeal was announced as the Innovation & Technology winner of Visa's 2023 She's Next Grant Programme.

Five winners were announced over various categories at the event. Each of the five winning business owners will receive a grant of €10,000 and one year of business coaching from IFundWomen, a funding platform for female entrepreneurs.

"We are truly inspired by the incredible talent and dedication shown by the applicants in what is our third She’s Next programme in Ireland,” said Mandy Lamb, managing director of Visa UK & Ireland.

“The doubling of entries reflects the growing momentum of women entrepreneurs in Ireland and their invaluable contributions to the economy. The quality of entries coming through again this year has been phenomenal.

"We extend our heartfelt congratulations to each of the winners and remain committed to supporting them on their journey to success.”

Minister of State at the Department of Finance Jennifer Carroll MacNeill said: “The She’s Next programme is an important programme to help promote, celebrate and reward enterprising women.  Small businesses are the heart and soul of our economy, as well as creating local jobs and strengthening communities across Ireland.

Ireland was the first European market in which Visa launched the She's Next programme in 2021, and this year’s competition saw double the number of applications form last year. Entries were received from all over the country from sectors including tech, agriculture, health, education, the arts, fashion and sustainability.
