‘The Extra-Territorial Reach of Human Rights Obligations’ Lecture By Mr Guy Goodwin-Gill

The CCJHR Annual Distinguished Lecture will take place on Monday March 23rd 2009 at 6pm. The lecture on ‘The Extra-Territorial Reach of Human Rights Obligations’ will be delivered by Mr Guy Goodwin-Gill.
Mr Guy Goodwin-Gill, is a Senior Research Fellow at All Souls College and Professor of International Refugee Law at Oxford University.
The event will take place in the Multi-functional Hall in Aras na Mac Leinn on the UCC campus, and it will be chaired by the Hon Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy.
