On December 13th Dr. Fergal Davis (University of Sheffield) will present a seminar entitled “Lessons from the Emergency for the War on Terror”. The seminar will take place in AL1, Aras na Laoi, UCC from 4-5.30 pm.
Fergal Davis is a lecturer in law in University of Sheffield and a graduate of UCC, Leeds and Trinity College Dublin. His book entitled “The history & development of the Special Criminal Court – 1921-2005” has recently been published by Four Courts Press. A full biography is available here.
