Nidal is currently completing a PhD on Complementarity and the International Criminal Court. His article ‘The Subject-Matter Jurisdiction of the Special Tribunal for the Lebanon’ appeared in the Journal of International Criminal Justice (Dec 2007) (Special Issue)
