Academic staff and PhD students from across the College of Business and Law recently came together for the College Research Showcase, a day dedicated to sharing research, exchanging ideas, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Held under the theme "Transforming Economies and Societies: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Work, AI, Governance, and Health", the event highlighted the breadth and diversity of research taking place across the College.

More than 70 research papers were presented throughout the day, covering a wide range of topics aligned with the College's key research themes, including Work and the Economy, AI and Data Analytics, Socio-Collective Futures, and Food, Microbiome and Health.

The showcase provided an opportunity for researchers to engage with colleagues from different disciplines, explore emerging areas of inquiry, and identify opportunities for future collaboration. The event also highlighted the important contributions of PhD students and early-career researchers, creating a vibrant forum for discussion and knowledge exchange.

The College Research Showcase reflects the College of Business and Law's commitment to supporting impactful, interdisciplinary research that addresses some of today's most pressing societal and economic challenges.

Many thanks to all participants who contributed to the success of the event through their presentations, discussions, and engagement throughout the day.
