Common Support Queries
Users of DMIS on the UCC Virtual App may experience problems with locating files / reports that they have downloaded from DMIS.
Root Cause of Error:
The UCC Desktop PC and the UCC Virtual App have Separate File Locations. Despite being able to navigate to your PC file directories and download a Report from DMIS on the Virtual App, the Report File may not be available on your PC.
Solution:
Microsoft Office 365 – OneDrive – Provides DMIS users on Virtual App (Citrix) with a Common Drive Location where files can be download from DMIS.
