Summer Teacher Festival 2022
UCC Language Centre Summer Teacher Festival
A workshop series for English language practitioners. Delivery will be fully online via Zoom.
Back by popular demand
Building on the success of our inaugural Summer Teacher Festival last year which drew participants from all over the world, this year we will be joined by teaching colleagues from UCC's School of Languages and Centre for Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning who will contribute to our series of workshops for not only English language practitioners but all those who teach languages, thus providing the festival with a broader scope for all participants.
The fully online workshops will cover such topics as Bringing Language to Life, Increasing Engagement in the Modern Foreign Language Classroom, and Learning from our Learners as we Integrate Technology in our Classrooms.
The sessions will reawaken your passion for language teaching or using English as a medium of instruction in your particular context.
The sessions will be delivered via Zoom on Mondays between 11 July and 15 August unless otherwise stated*.
