IPA Journal to be included in SCOPUS index
Department graduates are current editors of the journal which was recently accepted by SCOPUS
International Political Anthropology, a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal currently edited by Paul O’Connor and Marius Benta, both PhD graduates of the Department, has been accepted to be included in the Scopus index. The journal was founded by Agnes Horvath, Harald Wydra and Bjørn Thomassen, graduates of the European University Institute, Social and Political Sciences, in 2007. Two of them studied with Arpad Szakolczai, Emeritus Professor of the Department. Harald Wydra is Professor of Politics, St Catharine’s College, Cambridge University, Bjørn Thomassen is an anthropologist and Professor in a Department of Global Studies, Roskilde University, Denmark, while Agnes Horvath also has a doctorate in Law and an MA in Sociology.
